At 18 Barry left school and became an apprentice. After a few years, he caught “entrepreneurial disease” and set up on his own. Twenty years on, he’d felt the life pains that being a businessman can deliver. And he felt like he’d made no progress. So Barry enlisted the help of a business coach.
Together they made frameworks to create a new, refreshed version of Barry. One thing he learned for certain is that if the boss isn’t thriving, the business isn’t either.
He built Thermoglaz from the ground up into a leading double glazing firm. Barry says “The strategies I learned could have saved me years. To build a business that gives you the freedom and rewards you dream of, we always start with looking at you first.”
This massive experience, and rewarding results that Barry has achieved from Mentoring in business, drives Business Life. He’ll make it his mission to revive your passion and get your business thriving.
“He’s great. An easy-going professional and very knowledgeable of the industry. We go back to his early Thermoglaz days and had a good open working relationship. We fabricated a lot of Barry’s jobs for him and likewise, he brought bespoke jobs to us. Yeah, he’s good to discuss things with and knows his stuff.”

“I love my new life of having free time enjoying riding my motorbike in the hills!!! But most importantly for me, spending valuable time with my young growing family without stressing about business all the time!!”
